  I just emailed the store manager yesterday (in the Agawam store) about a really bad experience with produce. The lettuce was brown and LITERALLY molding. The romaine lettuce was dripping with brown...slime? I don't know WHAT it was. I even sent him pictures. His solution to my issue was that I ask for produce from the back from now on. As a former manager, I know the importance of keeping customers happy and ensuring they feel listened to, and also happy so that they come back to my store. This manager offered no compensation (maybe in the form of a gift card) knowing that I needed to go out and purchase restaurant salads for 14 people. Not being able to make a salad on your own is really expensive, and their poor produce is the reason. Their store is far more expensive than others, so I'd think that would be motivation enough to keep their customers content with going there. They don't care about their customers. This isn't even my first negative experience, but this review is long enough. Done with Geisslers.
